Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Deliver project implementation to clients
• Develop project planning, defining project scope, timelines, budget and identifying project requirements
• Manage project progress and achieve key milestones
• Designing the infrastructure required for the project such as selecting hardware and software components, determining network configurations, identifying security requirements, developing system architecture diagrams and technical specifications
• Coordinate with project stakeholders include internal and external project team members
• Identifying potential issues that could impact the project timeline or budget and developing contingency plans; also managing project change requests and maintaining project documentation
• Oversee a team of project engineers including delegating tasks, providing training and support, and ensuring that the team is meeting performance goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, at least 4 years in project management / delivery
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferable
• Strong understanding of information technology infrastructure principles and technologies, including server hardware, networking, storage, and security
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
• Experience in managing a team of project engineers is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
